[Rotating dumbbell exercises]

Benefits: Repair muscle lines. Stand tall with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand so that the dumbbell is at chest height while keeping your outstretched arm straight.

Next, bend your knees and rotate the hands holding the dumbbells until the dumbbells are under your hips and between your spread legs.

Hold for a few seconds, then return to the original position, and repeat the exercise 12 times.
