Barbell Curls ~ Exercise the Big Arms

Hold the barbell with your hands shoulder-width apart, stand with your feet apart and bend your knees slightly. Straighten your arms and slightly bend your elbows.

Put your chest up, draw in your abdomen, lower your shoulders, and draw your shoulder blades back.

Keep your upper arms close to your body.

Use your biceps to curl the barbell in front of your shoulders, and do not move your elbow joint forward when completing the movement.

Note: Physical stability is key. Always keep your knees slightly bent and balance left and right.

The elbow joint is located under the shoulder joint and should not move forward or backward.
