Super set training for quadriceps!

The quadriceps are the strongest muscle group in the human body!

Want to make your thighs stronger? Want more toned and powerful quads?

Does regular training feel less intense? Train your body in the same way and your body will adapt. Once it is adaptable, the stimulation you usually give will no longer be stimulation

Let’s try quadriceps superset training together!

Training introduction:

Super set! Two movements as one set, no rest between sets!

Action arrangement: barbell squat + leg extension!

The first action is the compound action ace squat 6-10RM! Let your muscles challenge heavy weights! Then immediately perform a single-joint movement of 15RM to completely swell your quadriceps!

Remember: try to slow down throughout the entire range of motion! Focus on maintaining tension in the target muscle and increasing the time the muscle is under tension, rather than rushing to catch a bird!

This same training method can also be used for:

Chest: bench press + flyes

Latissimus dorsi: pull-ups Up + Straight Arm Pulldown

Rear Legs: Romanian Deadlift + Leg Curl

Shoulders: Press + Lateral Raise
