Bare hands, no barbells or dumbbells. How to exercise arm triceps?

Speaking of free-hand triceps exercises! Everyone will think of actions like push-ups! But today I want to introduce you to a special move: bodyweight triceps extension!

Use your own body weight for triceps stretches!

As shown in the picture: You can choose a step, a fixed barbell, or a suspension strap!

This action in addition to exercising your triceps , will also challenge your core muscles!

If you don’t have a suspension strap, you can use a Smith machine, or a squat rack to fix the barbell to help you create a pivot!

This action is similar to a supine barbell dip! Like the reverse version!

How?

Similar to the starting position of a push-up! Hold the barbell with a narrow grip! Then bend your elbows and lower your body! Keep your shoulders still until your elbows are fully flexed!

Then contract your triceps until your arms are straight! :

1. Although it exercises the triceps on the surface, this action is similar to the abdominal muscle roller and is very demanding on the front core! Keep the body stable and the spine naturally aligned during the action!

2. The height of the support determines the difficulty of the action! The more the body is parallel to the ground, the more difficult it will be!
