Endurance training can keep your body healthier than strength training. It reduces the risk of myocardial infarction, burns fat, strengthens the immune system, reduces weight, and gets in shape. Next, your body can adapt to the increasing load. Endurance training can improve the body's aerobic metabolism, which in layman's terms is to improve the body's ability to utilize oxygen. It can also exercise your cardiopulmonary function. Solid endurance training can make your cardiopulmonary function stronger. Finally, because endurance training is hard and tiring, it exercises people's will and quality.

Endurance refers to the human body’s ability to perform sustained muscle work for a long time, that is, the ability to resist fatigue. Endurance consists of two aspects, namely muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. The improvement of endurance depends not only on human development and maturity, but also on load requirements.

Endurance training

1. Long-distance running: The requirement is a 400-meter track, 15 laps for women and 20 laps for men. The average speed per lap should not be less than 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

2. Loaded cross-country: carry a backpack of no less than 30 kilograms (20 kilograms for women) and walk on trails and ridges with an altitude of no less than 2,000 meters for one whole day or two days , once a week or two weeks.

3. If time and other conditions do not allow, you can also use swimming, cycling, etc. instead of long-distance running, and the amount of exercise is equivalent.
