When it comes to "fitness" and "strength" nowadays, what people think of are those bulky, inflatable The same bodybuilders, plus gyms, fancy training equipment, nutritional supplements and various medications.
This was not the case before.
There was a time when men developed superhuman strength, but they had nothing but their own bodies.
If you want to know more about itThe truth in, then read on...
Chapter 1 Journey of Power
Departure
Walk into any gym in the world and you will find a bunch of guys who use steroids to "fatten" and think they are strong because their arms can reach 45 cm, they can bench press heavy barbells, their The body looks incredibly strong, especially when wearing a tight tank top or T-shirt. But among these people, how many are truly powerful?
·How many people have real athletic ability that can be put to use?
·How many people can bend over to do 20 perfect one-arm push-ups?
·How many people’s spines are strong, flexible, and healthy enough to bend over and touch the floor?
·How many people can squat straight to the ground with one leg and then stand up just by relying on the strength of their knees and hips?
·How many people can grab a bar above their heads and perform a flawless one-arm pull-up?
The answer is:
Almost none.
You will find that almost no bodybuilder working out in any gym today can complete these simple movements. However, the media and the public today view the bloated poseurs in the gym as symbols of strength and beauty. That body shape has become recognized as the ultimate sign of health, which seems to me absolutely ridiculous. What does it mean for a person to claim that he can lift a heavy barbell in the gym? If he can't even use his body freely, how can he deserve the word "strong"?
Get Stronger
Most of the junkies who work out at the gym these days don’t see any use for it. These people may have intentionally thick limbs, but that bulkiness comes only from muscle tissue, and their tendons and joints are actually very weak. Ask a big guy to do no more than two single-leg squats (the butt-to-the-floor kind) and his knee ligaments will be intolerable. Most bodybuilders do have strength, but they don't use their strength in a coordinated manner. If you let them walk upside down, they will fall down and chew mud. Modern people who are eager to become strong and powerful even spend a lot of money to get expensive fitness cards just to use dumbbells, barbells and other "toys". Seeing them, I don't know whether to cry or laugh. I should laugh because this is a perfect scam. The fitness industry has deceived people all over the world into thinking that they can do it without equipment. Can't exercise. Then, someone will buy the equipment or rent it out at a high price. And I should cry because it's such a tragedy that the average bodybuilder (not using steroids) works out year after year with minimal change in body shape and even loses some real athletic ability. The fitness industry and tons of advertising will constantly brainwash you into thinking you can’t exercise without the equipment. But the truth is, you don’t need dumbbells, weights, fancy equipment, or other crap to get strong. In fact, you can become as powerful and truly powerful and energetic as Hercules without using any special equipment. Butin order to develop true power in your body, you first have to know how to do it. You need the right method. Real skill.
