This action is the best fitness exercise for the rectus abdominis (i.e. "six-pack abs") and oblique muscles (i.e. waist).

The correct action is:

1. Lie on your back on the floor;

2. Draw your knees toward your chest, Lift both shoulder blades off the floor;

3. Straighten your left leg to about a 45-degree angle with the ground, and at the same time twist your upper body to the right, bringing your left elbow closer to your right knee;
