Push-ups are the most convenient exercise for training chest muscles, but some children's shoes cannot do standard push-ups due to insufficient arm strength.

You can perform step-by-step exercises according to the movements demonstrated in the picture below. First do it against the wall, then do it against the chair, then do it in a kneeling position, and finally standard push-ups. Do 4 groups every other day. Set 20-30 times.

How long each stage takes varies from person to person, some people take half a month, and some people take a month.
