Arnold dumbbell press exercise method:

Hold a dumbbell in each hand and lift the dumbbell to the shoulder Height, elbows at sides, palms facing you.

Slowly raise the dumbbells overhead without locking them completely, and at the same time rotate your hands, turning your thumbs inward so that your palms face forward at the top of the movement. Hold this final position for a while and then reverse the movement, slowly lowering the dumbbells while rotating your hands back to the starting position of the movement. Don't use force, make sure the dumbbell is completely under your control. This movement is composed of half a flat raise and half a press.
